witches2According to The Hollywood Report, ABC has given the greenlight for the pilot Eastwick to become a series.  The show will be based loosely on the feature film wich starred Jack Nicholson, which itself was based upon the John Updike novel.  The film’s leading ladies were Cher, Michelle Pfieffer, and Susan Sarandon; taking their places in the television series will be Jaime Ray Newman, Lindsay Price, and Rebecca Romjin (hot hot hot).  Paul Gross will occupy the Nicholson role.
